Hello!

My name is Evie. I love languages and learning; it's one of my goals to help people figure out why they're struggling to learn a language, so they can get to what they actually want to do -- communicating in another language!

I can help you:

• if you need help learning English
• if you're learning another language and struggling to make progress
• if you've always wanted to learn another language but never found the time or motivation

I've studied linguistics and trained as an ESL educator.

I use my linguistics background to enhance my understanding of the mechanisms at play in second language learning, why it sometimes fails, and how we can help.

I work well with all age groups, however I would recommend young children under 5 only meet in person. I always have a student-focused approach, finding your needs and interests and working from that basis.

I will build a study plan with you, and can check in periodically over email. Appointment frequency is up to you.
